One of the bigger commercials of the 2011 Superbowl has to be the Darth Vader-centric ad that Volkswagen place together. Even before the Superbowl aired, teasers for the advertizement (think most that: commercials for commercials-- beatific God, is this what it's become to?) were abounding online, and now that it's actually here, well, what do we conceive of it? See the advertizement for yourselves below, my gentle Examiner readers...
On the digit hand, automobile commercials draw as a rule. On the another hand, anything featuring an appearance by Darth Vader tends not to suck. On the ordinal hand, commercials with kids doing artful stuff are rarely-- if ever-- hilarious. On the fourth assistance (we call that assistance "The Quad", same Taco Bell's new burrito), kids doing artful stuff that isn't likewise artful doesn't needs conception discover the quantity for hilarity. So some hands, so some structure that Volkswagen's Darth Vader advertizement (which does, in fact, feature a child) could hit gone.
For our money, though, it every turned discover well: it's a beatific commercial, and the fact that everyone's conversation most it already effectuation that it's a success. Tomorrow, when every another programme site (including this one) is indexing every the Superbowl commercials based on whether or not they "worked" or not, you're feat to modify up seeing Volkswagen's Darth Vader advertizement near the top of some of those lists. Hell, you might wager it at the very top: it's that good.Â
We're ease giving the Roseanne-Barr-gets-hit-by-a-log advertizement for Snickers the top prize, but Volkswagen's Darth Vader ad rattling does become in a close second. See it for yourselves over there on the left, and stay adjusted for more wackiness from the 2011 Superbowl as it becomes available, my precious snowflakes. By the way, you crapper analyse discover our another Superbowl news right here:
